The apartment is located in a beachfront building with ten apartments. The beach is just across the street.

It includes an outdoor parking space, accessed directly from the street through a remote-controlled electric gate. The building is fenced and equipped with a water pump.

The apartment has a large living area, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, storage room, and a large veranda with an awning.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (heat/cold), a television, washing machine, dishwasher, two bicycles, a table with four outdoor chairs on the veranda, and a beach umbrella with sun loungers and deckchairs at the beach club opposite the apartment.
